Delivery Details

We offer a delivery service to England & Wales (Delivery to Scotland is currently unavailable). Delivery is via DPD Overnight, with delivery guaranteed before noon.

Orders Placed before 2.30pm on Tuesday – Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday – Monday will be prepared and shipped on the following Tuesday.

Please call or email me to check/quote for Scottish Mainland Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland deliveries as some of these post codes incur an extra cost.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the parcel customers will NOT be refunded if the courier attempts a delivery & no one is there to sign for it.

It is out of our control if the courier experiences delays .

PLEASE NOTE: For food safety reasons we do not offer a return & refund policy.

Unfortunately there are some areas  that I can NOT currently deliver to, (due to the fact my products are frozen, but I am working on it!) These areas are listed below

• Channel Isles – all JE & GY post codes
• Isle of Wight – PO30-41
• Isle of Man – all IM post codes
• Eire, Dub 1-24 & County
• Northern Ireland BT1-17, BT18-46 BT47+
• Delivery to Scotland is currently unavailable
