Freezing Instructions
Once you receive your delivery, Pop your pasties straight in the freezer to keep them well protected. They will last for up to 3 months frozen.

The freezer pads can also be re-frozen & used again if you wish!

Pasties
For best results always cook from frozen.
Pre-heat your oven to 200°c or gas mark 6
Place the pasty on a suitable baking tray
Place in the oven for 15 minutes on 200°c/gas mark 6, then reduce temperature to 170°c/gas mark 3 for approx. 40 to 45 minutes
For a better tasting pasty (and to avoid burning your mouth!) leave to rest for at least 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
Pies
For best results always cook from frozen.
Pre-heat your oven to 170°c or gas mark 4
Place the pie on a suitable baking tray
Place in the oven & cook for approx 35 -40 minutes
Sausage Rolls
For best results always cook from frozen.
Pre-heat your oven to 170°c or gas mark 4
Place the sausage roll on a suitable baking tray
Place in the oven & cook for approx 35 to 40 minutes
Puffs
For best results always cook from frozen.
Pre-heat your oven to 170°c or gas mark 3
Place the puff on a suitable baking tray
Place in the oven & cook for approx 35 minutes
